BEST BETS:
JOHN BUCKLEY - TO BE CARDED - 31/10 (LIVESCORE BET) - 1PT
Both Blackburn and Wolves head into this one having won just one of their last five league encounters, and a distraction in the FA Cup is probably not what John Eustace and Vitor Pereira had in mind with their sides focusing on their relevant goals in the season. Blackburn are currently occupying the final play-off place in the Championship table and will be looking to regain form in a bid to get out of the Championship at the fifth time of asking. Wolves on the other hand are embroiled in a relegation battle and looking to keep themselves from dropping into the Championship. A win against Midlands rivals Aston Villa was just what the doctor ordered for them, and they'll look to build on that to drag themselves clear of danger.
Given the focus lying elsewhere for each of these clubs, rotation looks as if it could come into play here. However, I'd imagine that John Eustace may use this as an opportunity to have a real crack at Premier League opposition. In recent weeks, central midfielder John Buckley has found his way back into the starting lineup and should that continue here, I feel he represents great value when it comes to being carded. Buckley has been carded four times in just 606 minutes this season, and is committing 2.22 fouls per 90. Against a Wolves side that has seen an opposing central midfielder carded in seven of their nine matches under new boss Vitor Pereira, I feel that Buckley will not be too far away from the referee's attention should he get a starting place.
