BEST BETS:
MURILLO - TO HAVE 1+ SHOT - 21/20 (CORAL) - 1PT
MURILLO - TO SCORE FROM OUTSIDE THE AREA - 100/1 (WILLIAM HILL) - 0.5PTS
Nottingham Forest's dream run well and truly hit the buffers on the South Coast last weekend when they were torn apart by a threadbare Bournemouth side. Nuno Espirito Santo will be hoping that was a minor blip when their opponents this time make the trip from the South Coast. Fabian Hurzeler's Brighton side have found some form on their travels of late with them being unbeaten in five in the Premier League. Forest have won seven of their last eight Premier League home matches, so will fancy their chances of getting back to winning ways.
The hosts were recently boosted by the news that enigmatic centre back Murillo had signed a contract extension, keeping him in Nottingham until the summer of 2029. His impressive performances have been key to this Forest side breaking new ground this season, and I am happy to get him onside to continue his impressive form. Murillo has recorded a shot in 13 of his last 16 appearances, owing to the fact that the Brazilian also finds himself on free-kicks. Given his record when it comes to shooting, I am happy to take the 21/20 on offer for him to have a shot here. In recent weeks, Murillo has been trying his luck from afar, coming within a whisker of registering a Goal of the Season contender when they held Liverpool to a draw at the City Ground in recent weeks. He is certainly not opposed to unleashing a shot from range, and I am willing to have a small punt on him to score from outside the area at 100/1. He will find the net from outside the area at least once this season, especially with 11 of his 18 shots coming from at least 18 yards out.
