Ange Postecoglu's promise of winning a trophy in his second season as Tottenham manager is on the line in their Semi-Final second leg away at Anfield. Spurs have a one-goal lead going into Thursday night's match. However, recent form tells you that this could soon be wiped out. Arne Slot will be hoping to emulate his predecessor Jurgen Klopp by winning the Carabao Cup just one season on from the German's triumph. They'll certainly fancy their chances against a Tottenham side who are blighted by an ever-growing injury list.
Having played out a nine-goal thriller just 17 days prior to the first leg, this tie was poised to get off to an explosive start. However, that didn't materialise with both sides really failing to get going - which could be attributed to the head injury that was suffered by Rodrigo Bentancur just seven minutes in. Thankfully, the Uruguayan has made a full recovery, and will be fit to take his place in this one, with his side protecting the lead that they amassed on home turf. Liverpool have almost all their players to choose from here with just Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez the likely absentees.
I am looking to take advantage of the absence of the aforementioned Liverpool players by looking at Conor Bradley in the 'To Be Fouled' markets. The young full back looks set to take the place of Alexander-Arnold, and could prove a readymade replacement for him should he depart for Real Madrid in the summer. Bradley has started seven games this campaign and is averaging 1.67 fouls won for the season. The Northern Irish international has been fouled at least two times in three of his seven starts and up against a Spurs side who could spend most of their evening protecting their lead, I back him to continue this run. I am more drawn to this selection due to the prices on offer. Bradley is 23/10 to be fouled at least twice and 7/1 to be fouled three times - this is best priced 11/10 and 10/3 respectively elsewhere.
